The first thing to try is through the usual Application Manager. Go to Settings > Applications Manager. Locate the UME Browser and tap on it. The uninstall button should be located on top. Tap on it to uninstall it. Sometimes you will see Disable and Force Stop, which means that the software can only be disabled since it's embedded into the operating system, which means you have to root the phone to be able to access the protected areas of your device. It's a risk an unneeded operation that you can simply avoid.
