You should get in touch with the developers of the application because they're the ones who can provide info about your license key or installation ID. Also, the number you've given is probably the installation ID which is totally different than the serial number that is in 4 groups of 4 characters, something like: 1111-2222-3333-4444.

License 014A2F88 is not a valid Watchdog License key. Watchdog license keys have 3 dashes in them and can be a combination of letters and numbers such as TECH-SKU-1234-1234 or 1234-1234-1234-1234
Find your license key from your records and then reinstall Watchdog Anti-Malware at link below and activate it again using a valid license key:
