It's not possible to use PageRage again since the layout of Facebook has been heavily modified along the years. I've checked this software and it appears that it supported previous version of the Facebook's UI. That is long gone and unsupported anymore.
I couldn't find an application developed to allow you to change or add cliparts to the posts.
