There are cases when the software refuses to run. You just have to make sure that NET Framework is installed properly and there are no issues with it. The firewall needs to allow Grambr application to connect to the Internet. You can disable it for the time being.
There are also some suggestions provided by the developers for some known issues:
- Try the reboot button at the top left in Gramblr (Mac: Reboot your computer).
- Try closing Gramblr in the task manager (Windows).
- Download and run the newest version.
- Install OpenDNS
- Sign out of your Gramblr account, rename the file C:\Program Files\Gramblr\gramblr.exe to gramblr.exe.bk, extract the newly downloaded one there, and end the Gramblr task in Task Manager and re-open it.
