The software allows you to enter the data in the text-enabled boxes. When you click inside the box, the cursor will appear allowing you to add the data. Since it's using Hebrew input mode, your keyboard needs to support this. You can add the language and the keyboard layout using the Regional settings in the Settings (Windows 10) or in the Control Panel (Windows 8.1 or lower).
