VNM is unable to generate logs.

I'd like to ask a question regarding the generation of logs using VNM. Last month we could generate logs normally but recently the VNM stops generating logs. I tried to generate in two consecutive weeks but same logs were given, I think this is not normal, I don't know what to do. I hope you can help me with this problem. Thanks in advance.

There could be a few reasons why the logs couldn't be generated:

1. The path where you selected to generate logs is not available anymore (eg. external storage, FTP, Share on the network, etc). Check the settings to see where it's set up and change it if necessary.

2. The path selected doesn't have enough storage left. If your logs are high in size, then clean the drive and try to generate the logs again.

3. The software is bugged and its functionality is affected. Reinstall it, then perform all the customization again and try to generate the logs.
