Problem with Capture Extractor.

I have the 721 Club software which I bought around Memorial Day weekend this year. I am only receiving a handful of returned emails with the Capture Extractor with both Gmail and Yahoo. Yes I activated the auto responder (vacation response) with both. Technical support has not been good about getting back to me. I am told by Paul Farman that there may be an updated version of this software program. Can you please provide me with the link to this updated version of the software?

Although the software appears to be available, there is no possibility to download it. Their official website only presents information about the software and details regarding payment and purchasing.
