There is an error when I create a backup.

When I make a backup in ST RCPS Software an error generates as I am writing below.

Run-time error -2147217887
The changes you requested to the table were not successfully because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relation ship. Change the data in the field or fields that contains duplicate data.

In many occasions, runtime errors are generated by a bad installation, corrupted files or missing components. You can try to reinstall the software and then check its functionality. Secondly, you can install Visual Runtime packages because if you're missing libraries that have been uninstalled due to other program's installation, then you will encounter errors.

I've tried to obtain details for an updated version, but the official website is not working anymore.
