Is this addon still available anywhere?

I have looked throughout the day for both a2ee.mda as well as MultiLevelExporter and cannot find it. Is it still available for download, please?

The domain where the application was hosted is now discontinued. If you try to access it, a generic page will be displayed instead. However, I've seen that the developer also responded to this question where you can see exactly how to obtain the program. Leave an email and also state that you want to the program then you two can communicate further. Answer is below.

I discontinued this project and closed its homepage.
In case of interest I still provide the tool via e-mail.
