Why is the Imaje 9450 not listed as an optional printer on my copy.
The main reason why the device might not show up in the application is because of its installation. I believe you will have to install its drivers for the software to recognize it. I've used the official website to look for the support software and drivers, but it appears that this series isn't supported anymore.
You have to contact the developers to ask for a possibility to download the software and the drivers for CoLOS Create Pro to recognize the device.
