There is no possibility to run the application on Windows 10 because it's not compatible. After you install and start the game, a NET Framework error appears and even though you can start a new game, the main window with the balls doesn't appear.
I've also tried the compatibility setting, but it's not working.
You will have to install Windows XP in a virtual machine in order to run the game, but that involves in having virtualization support for your motherboard and CPU and a powerful computer that can run two systems in same time.
