You can't transfer images using ImageBrowser EX because this application is not compatible with the Windows 10 environment. You will have to put the Camera in MTP mode and then manually copy the files from the folders stored on the Canon device.
Additionally, you can use ACDSee to import the images from your Canon to the PC.
