I've installed the application and after I've designed something, there was a section on the website located on the lower-right area called Laser Work. That's the part you have to use to connect your laser cutting machine to work with the software. I've also checked various websites, but there was nothing available in terms of configuration and settings for the machine number you have specified in your question.
Connect the machine to PC, click on Port Setting then Add and follow the instructions. Once the machine is added and recognized you can continue using it.
