Most likely, all the drivers you need are located on the support website of the company which developed the laptop. As I can see, it seems that the only operating system available for your product is Windows 7 x64-bit. You can download webcam drivers from the Input category. Additionally, you can download Dell Webcam Central by visiting a separate page on Dell Support website. First, you need to download the corresponding drivers, then the control application.
