I've tried downloading the application, but it's impossible since no package is offered when I've clicked the download button. Because of that, I can't really say if the software is compatible with Windows 10 or not, but on the official website, there is nothing mentioned about compatibility with Windows 10.
Also, I don't think there will be any update since the software appears to be discontinued. There hasn't been any update from 2009.
Apply a compatibility tweak to the setup package and then run the software again.
