I don't think that Paraben's Flow Charter is available for downloading anymore. I've checked the official website (their product list and search function), but nothing appears or is directly related to this product. Since not even the official website has the application, I consider it to be discontinued. Also the product was on a commercial license, which means that you had to buy it in order to download it.
