Gobii eReader doesn't want to open.

My Gobii doesn't want to go on. I've put in on charge, the blue light doesn't even come on. What could be the problem?

There could be 2 causes for this issue:

1. The battery of your eReader is faulty and needs replacement, therefore you have to send the device to the warranty service.

2. The charger is faulty as well and it doesn't charge your device properly. Since 99 % of the eReader devices use microUSB, you can use any microUSB cable to charge it.
