My MP3 player is not working and I can't do things because it keeps freezing.

The EmoDio is the PC application used for Samsung MP3 players. If your player is freezing, then it must be a hardware problem or something related to firmware. You should send the device to warranty to Samsung so they can fix it, because I didn't find anything available to flash the MP3 players.
