The latest Sunny Data Control Software (22.214.171.124) can not communicate anymore with the datalogger Sunny Beam (Snr:45009, Version:F).
Windows Hardware Manager tells me, there is a problem with the USB driver. I downloaded and tried to reinstall the driver for the USB connection, but the update was not successful, driver is still invalid.
Strangely the software did work for a while, but maybe a Windows 10 update caused this problem!?
Used OS: Windows 10 / 64-bit
Is there a known problem with the signature of the driver in Windows 10? Is Windows 10 supported by Sunny Data Control? Could you please provide me any help for this problem!?
