Indeed, the driver for this type of printer is not available publicly (even if you use Google Search), because the product was released for Asia region and that could be the reason. I have tried to locate all the Canon support websites for all regions and I have found the printer on the Asia region.
Kindly, follow this link in order to obtain the latest available driver for your product. On the left side of the page you have the possibility to select the operating system for your driver. Please look for MP Navigator EX because it's the main software and driver for your product.
