You can't buy the application anymore because there is no official website and a buying procedure to acquire it from. I've checked the official website and you can only download the software to install it, but after the program has been installed and you click the Buy or Activate the software, a new window will open that will lead you to the same website.
The buying procedure won't be available until the developers restores the website.
