If you've downloaded the software with the help of the browser, then press CTRL + J while you are in any any browser tab and the Downloads will open. Right click the file you've downloaded and select Open In folder then the folder with the download will be opened through Windows Explorer. Right click again the application and choose Run as Administrator. This will practically start the installation. Follow the on-screen instructions to properly install the software.
