Before you can restore the images to the Gallery, you'll have to unlock them. Therefore, open the application and remove the encryption or the locks for the pictures stored in it, then select all the images and move them to the Gallery or to their original folder and that's it. If you want you can reset the phone to see the changes, but the Media Scanner available on your mobile will immediately scan the content and it will display it will make it available in the Gallery application.
