I've visited the website that appears to belong to Cara Professional, but there is no sign regarding the software and the error. I've also used the Search function to identify the error, but like previous encounters no message was displayed. In this case, I recommend checking the available Help section. Go to Help > Contents and use the Search function to check for the above error. If you don't see any info, then reach to the developers of the application.
