MS Word experienced an error

When I try to open a Microsoft Wor 2013 docs format file, an error message "Word experienced an error trying to open the file." occurs, and the file couldn't be opened properly. Any ideas what might be causing this? how to make docx repair?

To get round this – right click on the file and select properties. Next click unblock. If it useless try DOCX Repair Kit Here the link - http://www.docx.repair/
