Is the Outlook add-in available for Office 2016? If not yet, when will it be?

Although the company is still in the business, they don't have the plugin listed on the website. I've searched everywhere with hope to find it, but it was impossible. Because of that, there are now two situations:

1. The plugin has been discontinued making it impossible for downloading.

2. The plugin is available only to certain customers that acquired something from them.
