The previous questions contained a link that was used to download the necessary software for the device you have. However, it appears that the link is not working now, because it also leads to a page that has nothing to do with it anymore.
I've used the official website as well, but they don't have anything related to downloads and software availability. Google Search also didn't help with additional downloads sites. Therefore, I must conclude that TE804 Customization manager is actually a discontinued application.
