No, you can't connect two monitors to this device, since it doesn't support this feature plus there are no ports where to connect the monitoring. Since it doesn't support it, the software doesn't have a VGA/HDMI/DISPLAY PORTS or something compatible. You will have to use the weather station exactly as it is and maybe connect it to PC through a USB file.
Please remember that USB files can't be used for display possibilities.
