I can't update to Android 6.

Hello everyone,

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 from AT&T, the Android version is 5.0.1, and I can't update to 6, which is already released on AT&T. If anyone knows the problem, please, help.

P.S: They say that baseband number will be PH5 in the end but mine is CO6.

In 99 % of the cases, the phones can be updated in two ways:

  1. Via the OTA update, it requires at least 85 % battery available and a steady wireless connection.

  2. Using an application like Kies or SmartSwitch, connect your phone to PC and let the software perform the upgrade.
