The latest version of the software is 4.00 and I've tested it on Windows 10 Pro x64 and it works just fine. However, your device must be recognized before you can use the software, because when you start it will ask you how to choose the COM port.
Note: Before installing, right click the installation package and choose Run as Administrator, option available from Windows Vista and higher.
