No, this version is not compatible with Android operating system. There is a clone called Euro Truck Simulator 2016, but it doesn't even look like the official one. The developers didn't release a proper version because the phones are not powerful enough to display all the good things ETS has to offer. There is no news regarding the plans to release it for mobiles.
