The BNK file is not related to Microsoft Word, therefore you can't convert it. From what I've seen on the Internet, it appears that the BNK is actually a format that contains audio and video streams. There is no converter available to actually convert a BNK file to one of the Microsoft Word files.
However, if the BNK indeed contains data, use Word and open it directly as the content might be stored in plain sight.
