I am trying to download Andad program (from IST) and I can't. It appears it's on IST site but nothing happens. Can you help?

I've downloaded version 7.00 from its official website and it works just fine. Access the link I've posted below and then click on the Programa link as well. You will be prompted to download version 7.00 of the software in ZIP format. Extract the ZIP, launch the setup package and continue the installation procedure.
