I've used all the possible queries to look for a manual, but there wasn't one available for download which means the software is either discontinued or not available for public use and downloading. If you have the application installed, then go to the Help section to read more about it or look in the installation directory for additional support files like Readme files, CHM (Help) files where you can find various instructions on how to work with the software.
