I've bought some HP games (Wild Tagent Games) and, as my computer crashed and I had to buy a new one, I've been trying to install the games again, because I have their licences, but I wasn't able to do it. It always says to try or to buy. I'm registered in that site, but nevertheless I haven't succeeded up until now. Can you help me?

For bundled games, there's always that rule: if your computer crashed, there won't be any way to register them, unless a new payment is done for each one of the game. They're pre-registered from the factory. I've seen many users who had this issue and the only way to play those games is to buy them again.
