We have scanners that use Capture Perfect 3.1. Everything works fine. Our University wants to upgrade the OS to Windows 10. Can You please inform us if Capture Perfect 3.1 is compatible with Windows 10?
I've looked through the web, but couldn't find anything related to CapturePerfect and Windows 10 which means that compatibility at this point is practically nonexistent, but you can also check for yourself on the Canon Support page for your product to see if there are any updates.
The problem is that CapturePerfect is a bundled application which means it comes only with your device without the possibility to download it.
