The only place to download the programming software for this product is from the RadioScanner website. I've searched on other websites as well, but this is the only place I could find all the necessary information and downloads for this product model.
You also need the programming cable which looks like a USB with 2 3.5mm jacks. Without that cable, programming is impossible.
