Recording audio calls with Skype.

Have had Evaer for about a year. About a month ago Evaer recommended I update it, so I did. Ever since then when I record a Skype call, all is fine when only 2 parties are on the line. Once a 3rd person is added, the primary caller (me) does not record. And the other two parties are nearly un-audible with loud echos. I've reached out to customer service, but they are very slow to respond.

You must be doing something wrong because, according to the developer's description, the software supports up to 10 users.

This is extracted from the developer's website:

Supports recording single Skype video calls, Skype screen sharing sessions and up to 10 way Skype group video calls.

If you have issues with it, completely remove it and then download the latest version from the official website and reinstall the application.

Note: Make sure to use your serial or licence to activate the product to enjoy its full features.
