The official website of the MyBS Inventory is not working anymore, so from the start we can conclude that compatibility at this point doesn't exist at all. If it worked for a little or temporary, then it's a thing of luck because the software will crash, exactly what you experienced. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is to apply a compatibility to the main MyBS Inventory executable file. Right click it and choose Properties > Compatibility. Select a previous version of Windows and tick the Run as Administrator.
