No, as long as you didn't use the Paste feature to actually move and delete the file from its original place, then you should find the file exactly in its place. The CUT operations requires Paste to successfully complete. If you used another operation after CUT and wasn't Paste, then your file is saved. Close the GHO file and deny any modification, then open it again and your files should be in the same place.
