Based on my experience, I had some past issues related to your problem. I was able to register on the website for a username, a password and a trial for one of their products and since today I received no response. In order to download their software, you need to first register for a trial then wait for their confirmation.
Also, if you get no response in an acceptable time then try and contact their official support team.
