VC Recording on Teleoffice.

Teleoffice VC session is on in laptop. Connect HDMI out from laptop to an external recorder. No audio is recorded. Why? No problem with video. Is there any software license that need to be activated on TELEOFFICE to enable recording "Audio" on an external device?

As far as I know, external devices have to be configured first before you can actually capture the sound. You should check the recording devices in Windows. Simply right click the speaker icon in the system tray of the application, then go to Recording. In the Recording list, right click and choose Show Disabled Devices. There should be a Stereo Mix available. Enable it, check the cables and initiate the recording procedure again and it should work.

Thank you!!!! Had done the above settings on Windows PC but also had to add external mic & audio mixer to have the recording done for dual stream audio.
