Indeed, the website is discontinued and the developers are out of business and so are the activation servers used to recognize the licences. This means you won't have the possibility to activate the licence anymore, unless they return and reconnect their activation servers.
I've also tried to access their website, but it was impossible since a DNS error is displayed instead.
