I have tried but could not load data from CD recorded on iLab.
There could be 2 causes for this issue:
The CD is damaged making it impossible to access all the necessary files to install them, therefore you need a new CD or an installation package.
There could be issues with compatibility, in which case a Compatibility tweak needs to be applied. Right click the software's installer or executable file and select Properties > Compatibility.
