Internet Explorer is only available for Windows operating systems (Desktop, Phones). For Android there are other alternatives like Opera, Dolphin Browser, Chrome, Firefox. Based on the model, OS version and brand you can install one of the previously mentioned browsers using the Play Store application found on the application's list.
