ZERONER customer service.

I've received a fitness watch and can't seem to open the app. Once I could register, then the app said to retrieve password, then another time it said to retrieve email address, then it said to retrieve email to finish registration, but they sent me no email message. Who can I contact about this? It's very frustrating.

According to the user reviews on the Play Store, the software might do better and probably this will happen in time, because I've seen users complaining about the registration process, disconnection errors, etc. What I can recommend you is to remove it completely and then start the pairing system again.

my name is lidie cane I forgot my password and the ones you send to my email don't work my mobile phone number has changed and so the app won't let me do it that way now on this site it says I have to login to make a comment I need help please
