App is not starting on Windows 10.

I can't get it to launch in Windows 10, or it's extremely slow doing so.

I recommend installing the latest version of the software from the official website. I've tested both versions and they start just fine. The slow starting may be caused by :

  • slow performance of PC
  • antivirus that performs extensive scanning

  • outdated version that's not adapted to work with Windows 10.
