Can I use MotionDV for Windows 10?

I have a Panasonic video camera NV/GS280. Which program can be used for make a movie from the camera via the PC on a CD?

You can't use this application on Windows 10 because I believe it lacks compatibility. It was released a very long time ago when Windows 10 wasn't even in the stage of an idea, barely usable. Therefore you will have to choose another application to create a movie.

You can either use the Window Movie Maker or if you prefer paid applications, then ProShow Gold can be used as well: http://proshow-gold.software.informer.com/

For professional editing, you can use Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas Pro.
