This is just a limitation of the software. Some songs are encoded in a different way and because of that, the software will display that they can't be analyzed. Secondly, while you add files to analyze them, make sure that there are no other applications currently running and playing those files as you will encounter errors.
I've added an entire folder with music and the software was able to analyze all of them. During this process, no error appeared on screen.
