I want to print checks, but I can't. I am asked to pay to add printing credits. I never had to that before. I am using VersaCheck X1 Platinum 2015.
As I can see on the official website, the Platinum versions of VersaCheck have Unlimited accounts listed in their description. What you're experiencing might be an issue that shouldn't happen. Firstly, backup everything you have in the application and then reinstall it. Try to use it again and if it gives you the same error, then contact the developers of the application and they should provide an insight on what's happening and why the software asks for credits.
